I will always tell you the truth about everything, Quinn. And I'll have to be honest that sometimes I think life would be a lot easier if I would have waited to have you until I was a little bit older.
Good thing I'm not looking for life to be easy. I'd chose you over an easy life any day.
But really, It's strange how difficult things become when you have a baby on your hip at all times.Things that were simple little tasks are now daily struggles. With a fussy baby, say goodbye to grocery shopping, goodbye getting laundry and cleaning done. It's always such a hassle to find time to even shower! If you don't sit outside the shower comfortably in your swing, Mommy usually ends up jumping in and right back out again.
These struggles and ups and downs can be very stressful at times, but this is what I live for. I live for you, and I couldn't be happier with my life. It's weird to think about really. One would think with sacrificing so much in your life that you couldn't possibly be okay with that, but the importance of everything else just fades away.
I'm still working on balancing baby time while still having time for Mommy. But until I have that figured out, It's you and me all day, everyday.
